Our organic, natural processed Ethiopian is a silky and rich coffee with tasting notes of blood orange, sweet strawberry and a clean milk chocolate finish. This is a complex coffee that is bright and balanced. We have roasted and developed a coffee that truly highlights the flavors from the Limmu region and is a superb example of an Ethiopian coffee. Our favorite brew methods for this Ethiopian are pour-over and drip.
